A mature, renovated 6-acre estate lake near Crawley in West Sussex, operated as an exclusive members-only syndicate with limited places per season. Following a full renovation in 2019, hand-selected specimen carp were introduced alongside improved facilities including secure parking, power, fresh running water, and toilet and shower amenities. Membership runs for a full 12 months and is not awarded purely on a first come, first served basis.
Members-only exclusive syndicate on a 6-acre estate lake. No day ticket fishing. Valid EA rod licence required at all times. No fishing from the boardwalk, island, or stock pond. Gates must be locked after entry. No swimming. Boats forbidden except the fishery's own vessel (life jacket mandatory). Maximum two rods per angler; up to 3 rods permitted November–March. Barbed hooks only. No fixed leads. Landing nets, unhooking mats, and carp care kits must be carried. Guest tickets cost £25 each; maximum 5 x 24-hour guest tickets per season. Guest must be accompanied by member at all times. Rule violations may result in lifetime ban.
