A spacious multi-lake day ticket complex near Cranbrook in the Kentish Weald, comprising six lakes and a pond to suit a wide variety of angling styles. The specimen waters hold carp over 35lb, quality tench to 10lb and perch to 5lb, while the smaller waters are ideal for a relaxed pleasure session. Night fishing is permitted and disabled access is available, making Hartley Lands one of the more flexible and inclusive venues in the area. Toilet facilities are on site.
Barbless hooks only — no micro barbs. Unhooking mat and landing net required; landing nets must be dipped. No keepnets (except matches). No sacks. Fish over 4oz must be landed with a net. No tins or cans on the bank. All litter must be taken home. No dogs. No trout pellets, trout paste, or boilies. Maximum 4 pints of bait and 2kg of groundbait. No bait boats. Surface fishing permitted but only one rod at a time. Booking required via website, Swimbooker app, or calling bailiff on 07703 825064 between 7am–4pm.
