A two-lake freshwater coarse fishery in unspoilt West Sussex countryside between Horsham and Billingshurst, established in 1999. Both 3-acre lakes offer 30 pegs across diverse depths, holding carp to 30lb on Bottom Lake and to 20lb on Middle Lake, plus a rich mix of tench, bream, perch, roach and rudd.
Valid EA rod licence required. Barbless hooks only; hook lengths must be lighter than the main line. Landing nets and unhooking mats must be used at all times. All fish must be returned immediately after weighing and photographing. No keep nets except for authorised matches. Under-16s must be accompanied by an experienced adult. Dogs on leads only.
