A fly fishing club set in the Aldershot area of Hampshire offering trout fishing on two scenic lakes for members drawn from the armed forces, MoD civil servants, emergency services and NHS staff. The large lake is a catch-and-take Rainbow Trout fishery stocked with full-finned fish, while the small lake is a catch-and-release Brown Trout water.
Membership open to serving and reserve Armed Forces, MOD Civil Servants, emergency services, NHS employees, veterans and service dependants. Limited civilian memberships may be available. Visiting armed forces personnel may be granted up to two day tickets per week or short-term membership for up to three months. A member may bring one guest per fishing day on payment of the guest fee. Season runs April 1 to March 31. Big Lake (6.1 acres): rainbow trout, catch-and-take. Small Lake: brown trout, catch-and-release only. No wading, boat fishing or fishing from dam areas. All members must phone Longmoor Operations Room on arrival and departure.
